How do I return an item?

Therefore items can be returned for exchange or refund within 30 days of purchase if not suitable. All items must be returned in 'as purchased and unused condition' and returned in the original packaging with the packing slip. We are unable to refund shipping and handling charges unless your item is damaged, defective or incorrect. Exchanges: We are happy to exchange any item you purchased from www.doggietraveler.com within the 30 days returns period. There will be a nominal shipping for these exchanges dependent on the size of the product. How to Return an Item Contact our Customer Services department toll-free on 1-888-693-8992 and receive a Returns Authorization Number (RAN), please make a note of it. Return the item by repacking in the original shipping container (if possible), include your packing slip and remembering to include your RAN number.
