Doggie Traveler TM Was developed because my dog Tasha had cancer. In February 2005, Tasha had to undergo surgery. After the surgery she had to be cared for around the clock for 4 weeks. I couldn’t even allow her to go outside for one minute alone. You see, four days after surgery, I allowed her to have a few minutes of privacy and Tasha was on so much medication, she wondered into the street and was hit by a car. Back to the vet we went and 2 more weeks of supervision.

It was either I take her with me everywhere or I had to stay home for the next 6 weeks. I had to find a way to properly care for my Tasha so I came up with this Doggie Traveler in order to take all her essentials with me in one insulated bag. Tasha had to have medications, food, water, leash, bandages, and changes of clean T-shirts.

After all Tasha endured, the surgery and getting hit by the car, she has made a full recovery. Tasha is a wonderful part of our family and she just had her 7th birthday.
